Apple Orders for CU Departments
This page is for official University of Colorado departmental orders using departmental funds only.
This includes the Faculty Computer Purchase Program.
Procedure for CU Departmental / Institutional Apple Orders
If you are interested in purchasing Apple products for Departmental use or with Departmental funds, please follow these directions:
- Visit the Apple Store for Institutional Purchases at www.apple.com/edu/cu/inst (clicking this link will open a new window).
- Shop the online Apple Store and choose the products you are purchasing.
- Once your have finished choosing, click on the Cart icon in the upper right of the window.
- Review your choices to ensure your order's accuracy. Please note that all prices displayed include applicable education discounts.
- Purchases must be complete with a university A-Card: - If you have your own A-Card and the purchase is within your limits, click "Purchase with PCard" to complete your order. - If you do not have your own A-Card or the purchase is over your limit, click "Create Proposal". Use the name and email address for your department's authorized purchaser to complete the Purchasing Agent information. That person will receive an email and instructions on how to complete the purchase online using their A-Card. You should put your own email address as the second email so that you also receive a confirmation of the order.
