How this site runs best
The CU Book Store web site was built with W3C web and accessibility standards in mind. To enjoy the best performance and view the pages the way they were meant to be seen, it's recommended that you use a browser that supports web standards, such as the most current versions of: Firefox, Netscape, Safari, or Opera. Internet Explorer currently doesn't support web standards. IE for Mac OSX is not recommended. If you don't have the latest version of your browser, upgrade now! Most browsers are free, only take a few minutes to download and installing the latest version won't change your internet settings or erase any bookmarks.
Next, make sure that JavaScript and cookies are enabled. (Both are set in the preferences in the web browser you use). Cookies allow us track your shopping cart as well as to remember who you are for the next time you visit (if you choose). You can't shop without cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information saved on the computer you last accessed the site from. We don't save any personally-identifiable information in cookies, and even though we can use the cookie to welcome you back to the site, we will ask for your password before assuming you are who the cookies says you are. While shopping, your 'cookie basket' will expire. However, you should always log out or, ideally, quit your browser after using any shared computer system.
