How to place an order

Placing an order on cubookstore.com is easy. Just follow these simple steps.

Finding Products

By using the menus on the left-hand side of the page, you can browse the CU Book Store by gender, category, and type of product. To access more information about a product, click on the image or the name of the product and you will be taken to the item's product detail page.

Using The Shopping Cart

To place a product in your shopping cart, choose the quantity and then click the "add to cart" button on the right side of the product detail page. Use the "return to shopping" button to continue browsing, or click "check out" to complete your order. Remember, by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, you may view your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to add, change or delete items whenever you like. Please note: an e-mail address is needed to place an order online.

Purchasing

When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, check "Remove" the click the "Remove Checked Items" link. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.

Shipping and Billing

Once you've clicked "CHECKOUT," you'll need to provide your billing and/or shipping information, (be sure to note: billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement), choose a shipping method, and select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Review and Place Your Order

Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "Place your order" button. Once you place your order, you will see a confirmation page with your confirmation number. We will send you a confirmation e-mail message when your order ships.

Enabling Cookies

You can still browse the store without enabling cookies, but in order to add items to the shopping cart and to check out from our store you need to set your browser to accept cookies. To enable cookies in your browser, find your browser from the list below and enable your cookies. The help menu tells you how to set your cookies if you do not see your browser listed below.

AOL Users:

  1. Select "Preferences"
  2. Click on "WWW"
  3. Select the "Security"
  4. Click on "Custom Level"
  5. Scroll down to "Cookies"
  6. Select "Enable"

Internet Explorer for PC:

  1. Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu
  2. Select the "Security" tab
  3. Click on "Custom Level" at the bottom of the window
  4. Scroll down to "Cookies"
  5. Select "Always accept cookies"
  6. Click "Ok"

Internet Explorer for Macintosh:

  1. Select "Preferences" from the "Edit" menu
  2. Select "Receiving Files"
  3. Select the option "Never ask" under "When receiving cookies"
  4. Click "Ok"

Netscape Navigator:

  1. Select "Preferences" from the "Edit" menu
  2. Select "Advanced" from the left-hand menu
  3. Select "Accept All Cookies"
  4. Click "Ok"

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Select "Preferences" from the "Firefox" menu (OSX) or "Options" from the "Tools" menu (PC).
  2. Select "Privacy" from the menu
  3. Select "Cookies"
  4. Select "Allow sites to set cookies"
  5. Click "Ok"

Apple Safari:

  1. Select "Preferences" from the "Safari" menu.
  2. Select the "Security" tab
  3. In the "Accept Cookies" button group, select the "Only from sites you navigate to" radio button
  4. Close the Preferences window
