Repair Choices

• You will receive a text and email confirmation at check-in.
• After diagnostics, you will be contacted with a repair estimate.
  • If you choose not to repair: The device will be sanitized, you will be charged a diagnostic fee of $75, and the device will be returned to the CU Book Store where you can pick it up.
  • If you choose to repair: The diagnostic fee will be waived.
• Laptop Repair Denver will keep you informed of the progress via text/email. When finished, they will sanitize the device, contact you for payment, and ship the device back to the CU Book Store where you can pick it up.
